FAQ

Questions about cold email outreach

If your question isn't here, ask it on a call. We'd rather answer it properly than have you guess.

How long before the first emails go out?

About four weeks from our kickoff call. Most of that is inbox warm-up, which takes around three and a half weeks. We build your list and write your emails during warm-up, so sending can start as soon as it's done.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many industries and areas you want to reach, and whether you want the full package or only part of it. We'd rather quote you properly than post a number that doesn't fit. Book a call and you'll get a clear price.

How many meetings will I get?

We can't tell you that before a campaign runs, and anyone who guarantees a number up front is guessing. You can see what happened in the first week of our first campaign on the results page. Once yours is running, you'll see your own numbers as they come in.

Whose name are the emails sent under?

Yours. The emails come from you and your business, and replies read like a conversation with you. We handle the conversation until the prospect books.

Why not send from my normal email address?

Cold email carries a risk of spam complaints. If they land on your main domain, your everyday emails to clients can start going to spam. We send from separate lookalike domains so your main domain is never exposed.

What do I have to do?

Before launch, you do a kickoff interview, check the list of businesses and approve the emails. After launch, you take the calls. Occasionally we'll pass along a reply that needs your answer, like a specific quote.

Do you track opens and clicks?

No. Tracking adds a hidden image and rewrites links, and spam filters notice both. We measure campaigns by real replies and booked meetings instead.

What happens when someone replies?

All replies come into one shared inbox. We answer quickly, send your booking link in the reply when the prospect is interested, and follow up later with anyone who asks us to.

Where do the leads come from?

Google Maps, Apollo and job posts that suggest a business needs what you offer. Every address is verified, and we note where each one came from. You see the full list and can remove anyone before we send.

Do you only work with bookkeeping firms?

No. The approach works for most businesses that sell a service to other businesses. We have a page for bookkeeping and accounting firms, and we'll add more industries as we run them. Each industry gets its own campaign and its own emails.

Still have a question?

Ask it on a call. There's no pitch deck, just a conversation about your business.
