Lead lists

B2B lead lists, built and checked one business at a time

A good email sent to the wrong business is still a wasted email. We build lists from sources that match how your buyers actually show up, and you see every name before we send.

Where the businesses come from

Google Maps

For anyone selling to local businesses, Google Maps is the most complete list there is. We search by category and area, so if your buyers are dental clinics in Ottawa or contractors in the GTA, that's who ends up on the list.

Apollo

Apollo is better for finding the right person inside a company: the owner, the office manager, the finance lead. We use it to add names and roles to the businesses we've found, and to build lists by company size or industry.

Hiring signals from job posts

A job post tells you what a business is short on. A company hiring a part-time bookkeeper might be better served by an outside firm. One hiring its first salesperson may need help filling that person's calendar. We look for posts that point to the problem you solve and add those businesses to the list with a note about why.

Every address verified

Before an address goes into a campaign, we run it through verification to confirm the mailbox exists and accepts mail. Bounced emails hurt your sending reputation fast, so an address that can't be confirmed doesn't get used.

A record of where each address came from

Next to every contact, we note the source: which search, which tool, which job post. If a prospect asks how you found them, you have an honest answer.

You check the names

You know your market better than any database. Before sending starts, you get the list and go through it. Current clients, past clients, competitors, people you'd rather not email: you flag them and we take them off. It's usually a quick scan, and it prevents the awkward emails.

Lists are built per industry. That keeps each campaign focused and lets us compare industries against each other once sending starts.
